The VortexPulper processes fresh fiber, similar raw materials and heavily soiled waste paper at fabric densities of between 4-7%. Operation is continuous or discontinuous with level control. The discontinuous operation takes place without a lock and possibly without a sorting screen. In the case of waste paper processing, the heavy dirt is carried out in a clocked manner using the heavy dirt lock. The pulper is supplemented by Hellenbrand pulper cleaning for light dirt and a braid winch.
