JunkDrum CON separates the impurities contained in dissolved waste paper or washing water from residual fibers and from water. The resulting contaminants (film and paper residues) are mainly retained over a large area and are removed from the sieve drum. The rejects are often passed on to a downstream JunkPress for compaction or a JunkShredder for shredding to a specific particle size.
